The impact report
A narrative of the whole coaching relationship, for the end of a season — or whenever someone asks what the coaching has actually done.
- About 3 minutes
- Safe to share with your coachee

Pick a range
Either a number of recent sessions or a date range. A season, a quarter, or the whole relationship — whatever matches the conversation you're about to have.
It contains no scores
This is the important difference from an evaluation. An impact report is a cross-session narrative with your competency scores deliberately left out, which is what makes it safe to put in front of the person you coached.
Generate, then edit
What comes back is a draft and is fully editable before you export it. Treat it that way — read it properly and change it.
You know things about this person that appear in no transcript: what they were like in the first session, what they were carrying that they never named, what changed in their voice. Put those in. That's the part that makes the document worth reading.
Where to use it
A closing conversation with your coachee, where having the arc written down turns a warm goodbye into something they can take with them. Or a conversation with whoever sponsored the coaching, when they want to know it was worth doing.
