My Scores

An evaluation tells you about one session. This page tells you about you — but only once you've given it enough sessions to work with.

  1. Score trend

Your average across recent sessions, plotted over time, with a window you can set to your last 10, 20 or 30 sessions.

What you're looking for is direction, not any single point. One low session after a hard conversation means nothing at all. Six sessions drifting one way means something.

The My Scores page showing the score trend controls
The window control and coachee filter sit above the chart. With only a couple of sessions behind it a trend line like this says very little — which is exactly what your first few weeks look like.
  2. If you see rubric buttons at the top

Some organizations assess against more than one competency framework. If yours does, buttons above the chart let you switch between them, and everything on the page — the scale, the competency names, the averages — changes with your choice.

If your organization uses a single framework, you won't see these at all, and there's nothing to choose.

  3. Filter by coachee

The CLIENT dropdown narrows everything to one person. This is the most interesting control on the page and almost nobody touches it.

Set it to one coachee and you'll sometimes find something the overall average hides: that you coach differently with different people. That's worth knowing about yourself, and it's invisible in the aggregate.

  4. Competency averages

Every competency with your average and an arrow showing which way it's moving.

This is the honest one. Most coaches find one or two they assumed were strengths sitting lower than expected — and that gap, between how you think you coach and what the transcripts show, is the whole point of the page.

  5. How often to look

    Monthly. Not weekly.

These numbers move slowly and they're built from transcripts, so week-to-week wobble is mostly noise. Checking often enough to see real movement, and rarely enough that one awkward session doesn't ruin your week, is roughly once a month.

Take one thing from it. Which is what the next guide is for.
