Who sees what
Exactly who can see your transcripts, your notes, your scores and your coachee's material. This is the question coaches ask most, so here it is plainly.

Your transcripts and notes are yours
Your organization's administrators cannot see your session transcripts, and they cannot see your private coaching notes. This is enforced in the system itself, not a policy someone is promising to follow.
What administrators can see: that you coached, how often, your competency levels, and any session report you deliberately submit to them.
Your evaluations are yours too
Your scores, the written feedback, and your development focus are private to you. Your coachees never see any of it — not the levels, not the notes, not the priorities.
That separation is deliberate. An evaluation is about your coaching, not about the person you coached, and mixing the two would change how both of you behave in the room.
What your coachee can see
Only if you invite them to the client portal — nothing is shared automatically. If you do, they see their own material: their goals, their action items, the summary of their own sessions, and their own transcript.
Individual sessions can be hidden from the portal one at a time, so a particular conversation need not be visible to them.
Recordings never reach CoachLens
CoachLens only ever receives text — a transcript you paste or upload, or your notes. Audio and video recordings stay wherever you made them.
The part the software can't do for you
If you're recording a coaching session, tell your coachee you're recording it and why. CoachLens doesn't ask them, and it can't — that conversation belongs to your relationship, not to a tool.
Most coaches find it's a thirty-second conversation that makes the whole thing easier, not harder.
